So far, I’m quite happy with how the reflections are turning out! Now, if I could just wrap my mind around how the King & Queen Towers are shaped…
Ah yes, more progress on the King & Queen Towers! These buildings are definitely the highlight of going to Sandy Springs.
As you can see, I’ve started to work on the smaller buildings that surround them. They certainly dominate the landscape that they’re in.
So, on the surface, it seems like this picture’s complete. I added the Happy New Year fireworks and everything. But, still one thing remains. I’ll leave you to guess…
So, the most challenging part of this picture was making sure that the skyscrapers in this picture were all proportional to each other.
In layman’s terms, the Bank of America Plaza (big building with a gold top) has to be the tallest building because that’s the tallest building in Atlanta that I know of. It therefore towers or everything else.
One Atlantic Center (pyramidal building to the right of the Plaza) has to be 2nd tallest, but it can’t be TOO much shorter than the Plaza.
